By joining a Rojelle Membership, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and agree to these Terms, our Membership Benefits & Credit Policy, Booking and Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Silver and Gold are monthly memberships and renew automatically each month until cancelled in accordance with these Terms. VIP Elite is a 12-month annual membership, paid in full at the beginning of the membership year. Treatment Wallet credit and membership benefits become available only after the relevant payment has been successfully received.
Silver includes £50 per successful monthly payment, Gold includes £100 per successful monthly payment and VIP Elite includes £2,500 per membership year. Wallet credit may be used only towards eligible Rojelle treatments. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, refunded as cash or used to purchase Gift Cards, products or another membership.
Included monthly facials, skin sessions, upgrades and other monthly benefits must be used within the relevant membership month. They do not accumulate, roll over or convert into Treatment Wallet credit if unused. Annual benefits must be used within the applicable membership year. Discounts apply only to eligible additional treatments and to amounts paid outside the Treatment Wallet. They cannot normally be combined with package pricing, vouchers, promotional codes or other offers.
All treatments, upgrades, enhancements and complimentary services are subject to consultation, medical history review, informed consent, practitioner availability and clinical suitability. Membership does not guarantee eligibility for any particular treatment or result. Prescription-only treatments are not guaranteed, bundled or discounted as part of any membership.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment unless a different notice period is stated when booking. Late cancellations, missed appointments or insufficient notice may result in the included benefit being treated as used or an applicable charge being deducted.
Silver and Gold memberships may be cancelled by providing at least 30 days’ written notice. VIP Elite runs for a fixed 12-month membership year and does not renew unless renewal is agreed or clearly confirmed in advance. Cancellation and refund rights remain subject to applicable consumer law and any statutory cooling-off period.
Unused paid Treatment Wallet credit remains available for 60 days after the confirmed membership end date. During this period, membership discounts and complimentary benefits no longer apply. Any remaining credit expires after 60 days, subject to the member’s statutory rights.
Where a membership is purchased online or at a distance, the member may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. Rojelle may make reasonable changes to benefits, eligible services, pricing or terms where required for legal, regulatory, clinical or operational reasons and will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes.
Nothing in these Terms limits the member’s statutory consumer rights. Please read the full Membership Benefits & Credit Policy before joining.

Gold: £100 Treatment Wallet credit each month, Monthly Premium Personalised Facial, Aura Skin Analysis every three months, complimentary LED Therapy Upgrade where clinically appropriate, £50 Birthday Treatment Credit, Priority Booking, early access to selected treatments and promotions, Exclusive Member Events, 15% off eligible additional treatments, Treatment Progress Reviews and one Annual Guest Consultation Experience.
VIP Elite: £2,500 Treatment Wallet credit per membership year, Monthly VIP Personalised Skin Session, Aura Skin Analysis every two months, Dedicated VIP Concierge Support, VIP Priority Booking and Cancellation List Access, Treatment Progress Reviews, four selected Treatment Enhancements per year, £100 Birthday Treatment Credit, two Annual Guest Consultation Experiences, 15% off eligible treatments and skincare products, first access to selected treatments and promotions, exclusive VIP events and one Annual Rojelle Skin Gift.
Silver and Gold credit is added after each successful monthly payment. For VIP Elite, the full annual credit is added once the annual payment has been successfully received and membership activated. The Treatment Wallet is separate from the membership fee paid for access to included services and privileges.
Unused Treatment Wallet credit rolls over while the membership remains active. It may be redeemed towards eligible Rojelle treatments and services, subject to this policy and clinical suitability. It cannot be used for membership fees, Gift Cards, skincare or retail products, prescription-only medicines or treatments, cash withdrawals, cash refunds, another person’s account or previously completed appointments.
Monthly facials and skin sessions must be booked and used within the relevant membership month. They do not accumulate or roll over, cannot be converted into Wallet credit, exchanged for cash or transferred. The selected protocol may vary according to the member’s skin condition, goals, treatment history and professional assessment.
Aura Skin Analysis supports consultation, treatment planning and progress monitoring. It does not constitute a medical diagnosis. Gold members may receive an LED Therapy Upgrade alongside an eligible appointment where clinically appropriate and available. Gold and VIP Elite members may receive progress reviews following major treatment courses; reviews do not include a complimentary treatment.
VIP Elite members receive up to four selected Treatment Enhancements during each membership year. Enhancements are selected by the practitioner, remain subject to suitability and availability, and must be used with an eligible appointment. Membership discounts apply only to eligible additional treatments and amounts paid outside the Treatment Wallet. They do not apply retrospectively or to prescription-only medicines.
Birthday Treatment Credit is £25 for Silver, £50 for Gold and £100 for VIP Elite. It is valid for 30 days from issue and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred or used for Gift Cards, products or membership fees. Gold members may invite one guest per membership year; VIP Elite members may invite up to two. Each guest experience includes an Aura Skin Analysis and Personal Consultation and expires at the end of the membership year.
VIP Concierge Support provides priority assistance with appointment coordination, membership queries and the member’s Rojelle journey. It is not an emergency medical service. VIP Elite members receive one Rojelle Skin Gift during each completed membership year; its contents may vary and it has no cash value.
Member and VIP Events are subject to availability, capacity, eligibility and RSVP requirements. All treatments and benefits remain subject to consultation, medical history review, clinical assessment, informed consent and practitioner availability. Treatment outcomes vary and membership does not guarantee a particular result.
If a payment fails, new Wallet credit will not be added and benefits or discounts may be suspended. Silver and Gold cancellation terms are set out in the Membership Terms & Conditions. VIP Elite is an annual membership. After membership ends, unused paid Wallet credit remains available for 60 days; complimentary benefits, promotional credits and Birthday Credit expire according to their stated terms.
Wallet balances, complimentary benefits and promotional credits cannot normally be exchanged for cash. This does not limit statutory consumer rights. Rojelle may update benefits, eligible services, pricing or this policy where reasonably necessary due to legal, regulatory, clinical, supplier or operational changes, with reasonable advance notice of material changes.
