These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website, consultations, treatments, bookings, packages, products, and any services provided by Rojelle Aesthetic Clinic.
By booking an appointment, attending a consultation, purchasing a treatment or product, or using our website, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service.
Rojelle is an aesthetic clinic based in Manchester, offering non-surgical aesthetic, skin, laser, wellness, and beauty-related treatments.
All treatments are provided by trained and qualified practitioners according to the nature of the service. We aim to provide a professional, safe, and personalized experience, but all treatments are subject to consultation, suitability assessment, and informed consent.
Before certain treatments, a consultation may be required to assess your concerns, medical history, expectations, and suitability.
During your consultation, we may discuss:
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if we believe it is not suitable, safe, or appropriate for you.
You must provide complete and accurate information before treatment. This includes any medical conditions, allergies, medication, previous reactions, recent procedures, pregnancy, breastfeeding, sun exposure, or any other information that may affect your treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of side effects, complications, or unsatisfactory results. Rojelle cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client. You must also inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or circumstances before each appointment.
A deposit or booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. The amount may vary depending on the treatment, practitioner, or booking type.
Unless otherwise stated, booking deposits are redeemable against the treatment or consultation on the day of the appointment. Deposits are used to secure clinical time and may be non-refundable if you cancel late, fail to attend, or do not follow pre-treatment instructions.
We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit may be retained and an additional cancellation fee may apply. For pre-paid packages or courses, late cancellation or non-attendance may result in one session being deducted from your package.
We understand that unexpected situations can happen, and we will always try to be fair. However, short-notice cancellations affect clinic time and availability for other clients.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. For some treatments, we may ask you to arrive slightly earlier to complete consultation forms, consent forms, or clinical photographs. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced. If there is not enough time to safely carry out the treatment, your appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled, and the cancellation policy may apply.
Some treatments require specific preparation. This may include avoiding sun exposure, fake tan, alcohol, certain skincare ingredients, medication, exfoliation, waxing, or other treatments before your appointment.
You are responsible for following the pre-treatment advice given to you. If you do not follow the guidance and we cannot safely proceed, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit or session may be forfeited.
For laser hair removal and certain skin treatments, recent sun exposure, sunbeds, tanning products, or active tan may make treatment unsafe or unsuitable. You must inform us before your appointment if you have had recent sun exposure, used sunbeds, applied fake tan, or experienced sunburn.
If you attend your appointment and treatment cannot be performed safely due to tanning, sun exposure, or failure to follow preparation advice, the cancellation policy may apply.
Chemical peels, microneedling, skin rejuvenation, Facial, and other skin treatments may require preparation and aftercare. Possible reactions may include redness, dryness, peeling, sensitivity, temporary irritation, breakouts, pigmentation changes, or delayed healing. These reactions vary from person to person. You must follow all aftercare advice carefully to support healing and reduce the risk of complications.
Injectable treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, polynucleotides, or similar treatments, are subject to consultation and suitability assessment.
Possible side effects may include swelling, bruising, tenderness, redness, asymmetry, lumps, infection, vascular complications, or other reactions. These will be discussed with you before treatment. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
We always aim to achieve the best possible outcome. However, aesthetic results vary depending on individual factors such as age, skin type, anatomy, lifestyle, metabolism, medical history, treatment area, and aftercare. No treatment result can be guaranteed. Additional sessions or maintenance treatments may be required to achieve or maintain the desired outcome. Before proceeding, you should make sure you understand the expected benefits, limitations, risks, and possible alternatives.
You must follow all aftercare instructions provided by Rojelle. This may include avoiding makeup, heat, exercise, alcohol, sun exposure, active skincare ingredients, swimming, or touching the treated area for a certain period.
Failure to follow aftercare may affect your results and increase the risk of side effects or complications. If you experience any unexpected reaction or concern after treatment, you should contact us as soon as possible.
Clients must be 18 years or over for injectable treatments and other age-restricted aesthetic procedures. We may request proof of age before treatment. If you cannot provide valid identification when requested, we reserve the right to refuse treatment.
Children should not attend treatment appointments unless accompanied by another responsible adult who can supervise them in the waiting area. Children must not be left unattended in the clinic.
Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. You must inform us if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. We reserve the right to postpone or refuse treatment where appropriate for safety reasons.
Pre-paid packages or treatment courses may have an expiry date, which will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Packages are usually non-transferable and must be used by the person named at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise in writing. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to follow pre-treatment advice may result in a session being deducted from your course.
Prices are listed on our website, treatment menu, booking system, or provided during consultation. Prices may change from time to time. The final cost of treatment will be confirmed before you proceed. Full payment is required before or on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Promotions, discounts, or offers cannot usually be combined unless clearly stated.
Consultation fees, booking fees, and deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Completed treatments are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your result, we will review your concern and advise on appropriate next steps, but dissatisfaction with an outcome does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
For packages, any approved refund will usually be calculated by deducting the full individual price of any treatments already received, together with any applicable cancellation or administration fees.
Opened skincare or retail products cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty. Sealed and unused products may be considered for return at management discretion.
Before and after photographs may be taken as part of your clinical record. These images help us assess suitability, document progress, and monitor treatment outcomes. Your photographs will be stored securely and treated confidentially. We will not use your images for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes without your separate written consent.
We take all concerns seriously. If you are unhappy with any part of your experience, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve the matter. You may be asked to attend a review appointment so we can assess the treatment area in person.
